The Legal Risks for Business 2021-2022 Conference was held on the second day of Winter Legal Week 2022. The event brought together leading lawyers and attorneys, independent experts and representatives of the corporate sector to discuss high-profile and complex disputes that were litigated in courts in 2021-2022.
The event was held in the Pecha Kucha (Japanese for "sounds of conversation") format: the experts who spoke tried their hand at the art of short presentations and covered the maximum number of issues from various branches of law. Only the most important and interesting issues were discussed: checklists, advice lists, innovations and trends.
