The RF Prosecutor General's Office has ordered to cancel the resolution on the termination of the criminal case on the misuse of budgetary funds against Samara University Rector Ivan Andronchev and his subordinates. The agency believes that "the procedural decision was made prematurely" and it is necessary "to organize an additional investigation" of the case.
