
Experts told about the main risks that exist now for buyers of housing in the primary market
The military operation in Ukraine, economic sanctions, the fall of the ruble, the Central Bank raising the key rate to 20% and the virtual cessation of mortgage programs (except for preferential) have created a situation of uncertainty in the housing market.
