In Russia, due to the difficult economic situation there may be more cases of delayed commissioning of houses by construction companies, according to market participants interviewed by RIA Nedvizhimost (Real Estate). In case of such situations, they advise shareholders to agree with the developer on voluntary compensation, including the provision of additional square meters.
