On November 18, Roman Voronin, Managing Partner of RI-Consulting Law Office, spoke at the 7th annual practical conference "Legal Risk Management: Status 2021" at the Marriott Moscow Grand Hotel with the practical topic "Involving external consultants to prevent and minimize the consequences of legal risks.”

Roman Voronin noted in his presentation that an important principle of the work is well-established organizational interaction between in-house lawyers and the Company - legal consultant, which allows you to move quickly and clearly in the coordination work on the project. In-house legal services deal with day-to-day issues, while the lawyers of the Company have to work on the projects that require in-depth expertise in certain areas of law, as well as participate in daily court proceedings on various projects. An in-house legal staff member, while highly qualified, is not inherently a stress manager, and outside consultants specialize in dealing with crisis situations and litigation. They have to be in the thick of things all the time, because with years of experience they develop combative qualities, and they no longer allow themselves to feel at ease in peaceful life.
