The topic of parallel imports has been discussed in all media and specialized chats for a month now. After February 24, dozens of companies announced their withdrawal from the Russian market or the suspension of their work. In response, Russia allowed parallel imports, that is, it allowed certain brands to be imported into the country without the rights holder's permission. The government signed the relevant law, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a specific decree listing groups of goods and brands that can now be imported without looking at the rights holder.
