Qualifications:

  • Ability to anticipate tense situations and ability to plan work in detail at that moment;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Well-bred speech, knowledge of business etiquette;
  • English - advanced level.

DUTIES
Supporting the activities of the Law Office Leaders:

• Maintaining the working and personal calendar of managers; planning meetings and events, reminding management of upcoming events, actions;
• Preparation of materials and documents for the Manager's work. Drawing up requests, letters and other documents on the instructions of the Manager;
• Arranging telephone conversations for the Manager, and in the Manager's absence recording the information received and conveying its content to him/her;
• Participating in preparation of the Manager's business negotiations;
• Carrying out certain official and personal orders of the head, related to his family and property;
• Hotel reservations, air and train tickets; ordering cars;
• Organizing appointments for visitors and their accommodation.

Documentary support for the Law Office activities:

• Maintaining an electronic and paper archive of documents;
• Working with confidential information;
• Receiving and registration of correspondence, which comes for consideration of the head, and its transfer to the specific executors, for use in the work process or preparation of answers;
• Bringing instructions to employees and controlling their execution.

Organizational, documentary and information support of the Law Office employees:

• Maintaining the working and personal calendar of managers; planning meetings and events, reminding management of upcoming events, actions;
• Preparation of materials and documents for the work of the head. Drawing up requests, letters and other documents on the instructions of the head;
• Organizing telephone conversations for the director, and in his absence recording the information received and bringing it to him;

• Arranging appointments for visitors and their accommodation.

Documentary support for the activities of the Law Office:

• Maintaining electronic and paper archive of documents;
• Working with confidential information;
• Receiving and registration of correspondence, which is received for the Manager and its transfer to particular employees for use in the work process or the preparation of responses;
• Bringing orders to the employees and control of their execution.
