Independent litigation in Russia (from the drafting of the claim to the actual execution of the court's decision)
Legal support of clients' activities, in particular:
• preparation, analysis of procedural and other documents;
• oral and written consulting of the client, preparation of analytical opinions, memoranda;
• minimization of legal risks for clients at the stage of structuring transactions;
• representation of client's interests at general meetings of participants/shareholders, meetings of creditors.
Leading working groups on various projects (litigation, out-of-court projects)
Travel (participation in regional court hearings)
- Higher legal education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a law office/law firm, including trial experience;
- Excellent knowledge of civil and procedural law, including bankruptcy law, corporate law, civil law;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Good verbal and written skills;
- Full independence in working with all documentation and legal procedures;
- Responsibility;
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment;
- Ability to make independent and responsible decisions within his competence;
- English knowledge at least in the upper intermediate level.
